MUSIC GARLIC
This porcelain variety is our best seller, and known for it's giant cloves!  It has 4-6 cloves per bulb, and a buttery flavor when raw, with a hotness that quickly dissipates.  Our customers especially love to roast and caramelize the big beautiful cloves for a garlicky treat!  The plants produce a heavy yield of scapes and are consistently healthy and vigorous.




RUSSIAN RED GARLIC
Our customers love the rich full flavor, long-lasting heat, and sweet aftertaste of this popular rocambole.  Delicious in sauces, pesto, and curry dishes, the bulbs have 8-12 chunky copper-colored cloves.  Russian Red garlic plants mature about 2 weeks earlier than our other two varieties, and folks love the spiciness!

CHESNOK RED GARLIC
A purple-striped variety with 9-13 gorgeous wine-hued cloves per bulb.  At our festival taste tests, customers often describe it as "garlicky garlic", or "spicy, with a zip!"  Enjoy Chesnok baked, and add it to all your favorite recipes to make them pop!
