This porcelain variety is our best seller, and known for it's giant cloves!  It has 4-6 cloves per bulb, and a buttery flavor when raw, with a hotness that quickly dissipates.  Our customers especially love to roast and caramelize the big beautiful cloves for a garlicky treat!  The plants produce a heavy yield of scapes and are consistently healthy and vigorous.  --- ONE POUND BAGS ---
